Simon Hoad

Simon Hoad is the Executive Director at Colworth Park Limited Partnership. Simon has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in development and asset management.

Simon started their career as an Investment Manager at MEPC plc in 1998. In 2000, they became a Development Director at Countryside Properties plc, where they sourced and managed investment and development opportunites across all property sectors throughout the UK. In 2004, they joined ING Real Estate Development as a Development Director, sourcing and developing new retail and mixed use developments in the UK. In 2008, they became a Development Director at Stockland Plc, involved in development and asset management of a number of shopping centres, mixed use developments and offices throughout the UK. In 2011, they moved to Asia to become the Development Director at Asian Shopping Centres, based in Beijing and then Hong Kong, working in real estate development and asset management in China and the APAC region. Simon returned to the UK in 2012 and took on their current role as Executive Director at Colworth Park Limited Partnership.

Simon Hoad has a Bachelor of Science in Urban Estate Management from The Polytechnic of Wales.
