Teresa Fletcher

Teresa Fletcher has extensive experience in healthcare administration and nursing, currently serving as the MMG Heart and Vascular Clinic and CCMH Cardiovascular Cath Lab Administrator at Comanche County Memorial Hospital since July 2018, alongside the role of Practice Administrator at Memorial Medical Group Heart & Vascular Center. Prior to these positions, Teresa worked as a Registered Nurse and Director of CDI at Southwestern Medical Center for nearly two decades, focusing on documentation standards for case management and reimbursement. Teresa also held roles as RN Interventional/Cath and Director of Imaging Services, overseeing multiple diagnostic and interventional specialties. Teresa's career began at Comanche County Memorial Hospital, where roles as LPN and RN were undertaken from 1989 to 1999. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Oklahoma City University.
