Petr Matas

Petr Matas has worked for ComAp Group since 2011, starting as a Product Manager in November 2011 and eventually progressing to the Director of Product Management in November 2020. During their time at ComAp, they also held positions as a Chief of HMI group, Product & Platform Manager, Product Line Manager, and Product Portfolio Manager. As a Product & Platform Manager, Petr was responsible for managing a department of 24 people, maintaining and developing the product portfolio, contributing to strategic planning, and establishing new processes across multiple departments. Prior to their tenure at ComAp, Petr worked as an IC Design engineer at ST Microelectronics Design and Application from July 2008 to October 2011.

Petr Matas completed their first Master's degree in Microelectronic from Czech Technical University in Prague between 2003 and 2008. Petr further pursued their education in Entrepreneurship and Commercial Engineering in Industry, obtaining their second Master's degree from Masaryk Institute of Advance Studies from 2009 to 2011.
