Matvei Skurko

Matvei Skurko is a Senior Design Engineer at Comatec Group since November 2022, specializing in the design and engineering of automation and electrical systems as well as radio and navigation systems. Prior to this role, Matvei served as a Project Manager at BLRT Grupp, focusing on automation systems refit, commissioning, and maintenance, along with troubleshooting and servicing radionavigation systems. Matvei has substantial experience in leadership and team management from time spent as the Head of the Automation and Electrical Department at Communication & Radionavigation, where supervision of project work was a key responsibility. Previous positions include Field Service Engineer roles at Communication & Radionavigation and Marine Technics, where responsibilities included the maintenance, installation, and commissioning of marine radio and navigation systems. Matvei began a career in marine service engineering at NJSC Chornomornaftogaz, concentrating on the maintenance and troubleshooting of marine equipment. Matvei holds a Master of Engineering degree in Radio Engineering and Telecommunications from Sevastopol State Technical University, earned between 2005 and 2010.
