Lance Dover

Lance Dover serves as the Chief Products Officer at Combat Bound LLC since January 2022 and is the owner/operator of a 110-acre horse farm under LnR Trust since April 2020, while remaining open to program/project management roles in the Lewistown, Montana area. Dover's extensive experience in the Air Force Research Laboratory includes roles such as Branch Chief and Chief of the Human Analyst Augmentation Branch. Additional leadership positions include Deputy Director of the Human Effectiveness Directorate and Special Assistant to the Commander at USJFCOM. Dover's educational background features a BS/MS in Metallurgical Engineering from Montana Technological University, complemented by a high school education at Billings West High School.
