Vivek Nandakumar

Vivek Nandakumar is a highly skilled technical consultant with extensive experience in Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center (CC) solutions. Currently serving as a Senior UC/CC Technical Consultant at Netagen since April 2023, Vivek previously held the position of APS Senior Consultant at Avaya, where responsibilities included designing and implementing services for Avaya products and managing projects for notable clients across the US and Canada. Prior experience at Innovatia included roles as Subject Matter Expert and Tier-3 Backbone Engineer, focusing on complex troubleshooting, implementing Avaya products, and collaborating on bug fixes. Earlier, Vivek was a Capsule Backbone Engineer and gained foundational experience as a Network Engineer intern at GT Global Services. Vivek holds a Master’s degree in Internetworking from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Sona College Of Technology.
