Padmaja'sexpertise includes setting R&D strategy, leading project teams, and developing innovative products in hair care, skin care, feminine care, and oral care. Padmaja has a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving growth and revenue in both domestic and international markets.

Padmaja Prem obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Physical Chemistry and Physical-Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 1986 to 1990.
