Lily Cole-Chu

Lily Cole-Chu has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Her first job was as a Personal Assistant at Eque, Inc., where they organized office filing and sorting, managed executive calendars, organized work finances, and edited writings. Lily then moved on to Grassroots Campaigns as a Lead Field Manager, where they were a top ten weekly canvasser nationally numerous times and led orientation and training for new canvassers. In 2012, they became the Chicago Team Marketing Manager for LevelUp, where they planned and organized promotional and educational events, provided direct training to thousands of consumers on best practices for the LevelUp App, hired, managed, and scheduled a team of Brand Ambassadors, and met and exceeded monthly consumer acquisition goals. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Server at Bella Luna Restaurant & The Milky Way Lounge. In 2015, they began working part-time as a Project Coordinator for Hyde Square Task Force, where they brainstormed, planned, and executed special projects and worked with youth leaders to further develop the organization's community outreach. Finally, in 2017, they became the Assistant Director for Young Alumnae Engagement and Constituent Relations Coordinator at The Winsor School. In 2021, they began their current role as the Director of Client Relationships at Combinaut.

Lily Cole-Chu attended Simmons University from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Sociology, Communication and Media Studies. Prior to that, they attended Bryn Mawr College from 2008 to 2010.
