Ivan Nikolić

Ivan Nikolić has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Ivan started their career as a Student Intern at Ericsson in 2015, where they worked on a project focused on testing the scalability mechanisms of the OpenStack system. After the internship, they continued to work on the same project. In 2016, Ivan gained further experience as a Student Intern at CERN, followed by a role as a Student Helper at Ericsson, where they contributed to the development of a web page to display the status of testing elements. In 2017, Ivan joined Combis d.o.o. as a System Engineer, where they are currently working. During their time there, they have also had a role as a Student Intern, participating in a project that involved the development of an application for managing WAN/LAN networks. Ivan has acquired skills in a variety of technologies, including networking, software-defined networking (SDN), APIC-EM, Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Linux, and Bash.

Ivan Nikolić has a Master's Degree in Telecommunications and Informatics, which they obtained from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in the same field at the same institution from 2011 to 2015. Ivan also attended High school Sesvete from 2007 to 2011, where they studied to become a Computer Technician.

In addition to their formal education, Ivan has obtained several certifications. These include the "VMware Certified Implementation Expert - Network Virtualization 2023" from VMware, which they obtained in January 2023. Ivan also holds the "Cisco Certified Network Professional Data Center (CCNP Data Center)" certification from Cisco, which they obtained in May 2022. Other certifications include "Cisco Certified DevNet Professional" obtained in October 2020, "Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Design" obtained in February 2020, "Cisco Network Programmability Developer Specialist" obtained in March 2019, and "Cisco Certified Networking Professional - Enterprise" obtained in 2019.
