Christian Orrego Silvander

Christian Orrego Silvander has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Christian is currently the Head of Business Area Digital Business Solutions at Combitech Sverige, where they oversee the digital business solutions division. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Interoperable Solutions and Business Development at the same company.

Before joining Combitech Sverige, Christian worked at Business Sweden as a Business Development Manager Americas, where they helped Swedish companies expand their sales in the American market. Christian also served as a Project Manager and Mining Industry Advisor, leading client projects and implementing market entry strategies. Additionally, they were a Consultant and responsible for the mining industry focus, as well as the creator of the Swedish Mining Automation Group (SMAG).

Christian's earlier experiences include working as a Technical Business Developer and Project Manager at Serendipity Innovations AB, a Business and Bioprocess Application Engineer at Belach Bioteknik AB, and a Process Engineer at Octapharma AB. Christian also served as a Quality Engineer at Biovitrum AB and began their career as a Salesman at 3, where they were involved in sales and marketing activities.

Christian Orrego Silvander attended the Royal Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2009, where they pursued a Master of Science degree program in Engineering with a focus on Biotechnology. In 2005 to 2006, they also participated in an exchange program at the Universitat Politècnica de València, earning a Master's degree.
