Allyson Kidwell, PMP, CSM

Allyson Kidwell has extensive work experience in various roles within the oil and gas industry. Allyson began their career at Hess Corporation as a Foundation Reservoir Engineer and later took on roles as a Foundation Production Engineer and Reservoir Engineer. Their responsibilities included managing and optimizing production and injection wells, conducting nodal modeling studies, evaluating reserves, and performing economic analysis. Allyson then moved on to Southwestern Energy where they worked as a Reservoir Engineer and later as a Senior Production Engineer. At PetroAus Pty Ltd., they served as a Senior Petroleum Engineer. Allyson then joined Statoil as the Well Performance Lead for the Bakken region. Allyson eventually joined Equinor, where they held roles such as Leader of Planning and Field Development in the Eagle Ford region and Manager of Projects, Engineering, and Maintenance for Global Unconventionals. Their achievements at Equinor include leading cross-functional teams to improve asset financial results during a price collapse, implementing LEAN concepts for long-term profitability, and managing a large CAPEX budget. Most recently, they worked at Amazon as a Program Manager. Allyson is currently employed at ComboCurve, first as the Director of Customer Success and later as the VP of Customer Success.

Allyson Kidwell, PMP, CSM, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, College, graduating in the year 2006. Allyson further obtained additional certifications including a Scrum Master Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in January 2021, and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2021.
