Ngaire Anderson has extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. In their most recent position at IPC Health, they serve as the Deputy Chair and is also involved in different committee roles, including Chair of the Clinical Governance and Clinical Risk Committee, Member of the Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee, and Member of the Clinical Governance and Clinical Risk Committee. Prior to that, they worked at Comcare, where they held multiple leadership positions such as Director Partnerships and Mental Health Policy, Director Research Strategy, Director Mental Health and Research, and Director Research Development and Engagement. Ngaire also has experience in the Australian Department of Home Affairs as an Advisor in Mental Health Lived Experience. In addition, Ngaire has a background in healthcare as a Senior Paramedic, Manager, and Clinical Instructor at Ambulance Victoria. Ngaire has also worked in marketing as the Director Marketing (Consultancy) at Wild Duck Creek Estate. Furthermore, they have served in various board and committee roles in organizations such as Heathcote Health, Remembrance Parks Central Victoria, Bendigo Community Health Services, and Victorian Healthcare Association.
Ngaire Anderson is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland, with an expected completion date in 2025. Ngaire also holds a GAICD degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Furthermore, Ngaire has an MBA in Leadership and Communication from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Health Science in Paramedicine from Victoria University. Additionally, they have obtained a Diploma of Leadership Coaching from the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches.
