Joe Cooper

Joe Cooper is a seasoned professional in customer experience (CX) analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager of CX Data & Insights at Comcast Advertising since November 2022. Previously, as Vice President of Customer Insights at Bank of the West, Joe led the analysis of Voice of the Customer data to enhance customer experience through storytelling and collaboration with stakeholders. At BryterCX, Joe managed analytic consulting, focusing on omni-channel analysis and delivering actionable insights to improve customer interactions. Joe's earlier roles included Manager of Analytic Consulting at Convergys, where multiple projects improved operational performance across various industries, and positions in actuarial consulting, including Health Actuary for the State of Colorado. Joe holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Florida.
