Betsy Kippenhan

Betsy Kippenhan currently serves as the Vice President of Comcast Global Talent Acquisition, having held multiple leadership roles within Comcast since June 2012, including Vice President of Human Resources and West Division Vice President of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition Operations. Prior to joining Comcast, Betsy Kippenhan was the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Wolters Kluwer North America from March 2010 to June 2012. Betsy Kippenhan's career in talent management began at Advantage, where responsibilities included roles related to the Field Solutions Group from September 1997 to March 2010. Betsy Kippenhan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University and a Master's degree in the Science of Organizational Leadership from Regis University.
