Brendan Condon

Chief Revenue Officer, Comcast Spotlight at Comcast

Brendan Condon is chief revenue officer of Comcast Spotlight, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable. In this role, Brendan is responsible for the company’s sales revenue, execution and effectiveness across all lines of business. He leads Comcast Spotlight’s salesforce and its processes, with a strategic focus on customer experience and account management to drive revenue growth and exceed its targets.

Brendan is a 30-year global media veteran specializing in multi-platform sales, with a strong blend of linear, digital video, mobile and addressable advertising experience across private and public companies, both domestically and internationally.

Before joining Comcast Spotlight, he served as president of AdMore and REVShare at Cannella Media, where he led the audience-based programmatic television advertising platform and one of the nation’s largest short-form direct-response providers. Brendan was also previously the chief executive officer of Media Properties Holdings, which was part of The Carlyle Group previous to its sale to Cannella Media. As CEO, Brendan served as a turnaround specialist, orchestrating a founder transition, senior management realignment and a successful sale process and exit, resulting in scalable profitability.

Prior to Media Properties Holdings, Brendan held senior advertising executive leadership roles with Time Warner Inc. As senior vice president, AOL in London, he led global mobile, search engine marketing, affiliate and APAC advertising initiatives and served as managing director for the launch of AOL’s Platform-A International advertising division. Brendan was also chief financial officer, Advertising.com, championing the acquisition and integration of the acquired firm. In addition, he served as senior vice president, Time Inc., where he managed full P+L responsibilities for Media Networks Inc. and originated the Custom Publishing division.

Brendan is an advisory board member of TagMan, a tag management marketing data platform. He is also former vice-chairman of the board for the Huntington’s Disease Society of America and former board member of the Electronic Retailing Association.

Brendan earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from St. John’s University and Master of Business Administration from Columbia University. In addition, he completed graduate studies at New York University’s Courant Institute of Mathematical Science and the Masters Division of The Juilliard School in piano performance.

He resides with his family in the New York area.
