Philip Schreuders has over 12 years of professional experience. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Workforce Management & Operational Compliance at COMERIT, providing professional services for SAP and Cloud Transformation Projects. Philip is responsible for operational compliance, leading the workforce management team, and scaling member support to meet rapid business growth.

In 2020, they worked as the Senior Manager of Product Management at Vroozi, where they were responsible for product demonstrations and RFI and RFP sales support, managing and configuring the Procure to Pay product environment, and product ownership of Sovos (Trustweaver) eInvoice Compliance Software Integration to Vroozi Invoicing and Services Procurement.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Principal Partner & COO at Pass Ventures. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Senior Systems Consultant / Corporate HR & Recruiting Solutions at Spring Education Group.

From 2014 to 2015, they were the Systems Analyst at Education Management Systems, EMS, where they were responsible for developing ERP roadmap, performing full life-cycle analysis and implementations of multiple software solutions in all major functional areas and departments of the company.

Philip Schreuders holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication Studies from Ashford University. Philip also holds a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in September 2020.
