Fabien Serot

Fabien Serot has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Gaming Operations at Cometh. In this position, they are responsible for managing the Cometh Studio team and overseeing the vision, strategy, roadmap, and profit and loss of the studio. Fabien also works with stakeholders to implement blockchain technologies into the company's games.

Prior to their current role, Fabien worked at Blizzard Entertainment from 2016 to 2021. Fabien initially served as the Partner and Influencer Strategy Manager, where they were responsible for managing partnerships and influencer strategies. Later, they transitioned to the role of Esports Manager, where they led and coached the team responsible for executing Heroes Esports in the EMEA region. Fabien also handled a variety of tasks, including program execution, budget management, event production, and stakeholder management.

Before joining Blizzard Entertainment, Fabien worked as a Regisseur evenementiel at Strada Marketing from 2015 to 2016. Fabien also served as the Managing Director at Merveilles du Sommelier from 2010 to 2013.

Fabien Serot began their education journey in 2005 at Lycée Edouard Branly, where they obtained an Advanced Technician Certificate in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Fabien then pursued further studies at Université Lumière Lyon 2 from 2007 to 2008, focusing on Game/Level Design within the field of study called Gamagora. Later on, from 2010 to 2012, Fabien pursued a University Degree in Business Management at CNED.
