Ian Smith has been working in the telecommunications industry since 2011, holding various titles such as Team Leader, Project Manager, Cable Manager, and Fibre Optic Engineer. Prior to their current role, Ian served in HM Forces as a Transport Manager and Senior Instructor for over two decades. With experience managing large fleets of vehicles and overseeing training for teams, ian transitioned seamlessly into their current role managing and maintaining complex cable infrastructures. Ian is well-versed in both permanent and non-permanent construction of communication cable infrastructure.
