Ricky Sabbathstian Mangisi Pasaribu has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles.

Starting in 2001, Ricky worked as a Marketing Executive at HSBC Commercial Banking. Ricky Sabbathstian then joined PT Griya Miesejati (Bakmi GM) in 2003, where they held various positions including Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager. During their time there, they managed the operational and financial aspects of the restaurant, oversaw special events and catering, and implemented promotional campaigns. Ricky also played a key role in establishing relationships with the local community and ensuring compliance with company policies.

In 2018, Ricky joined PT RedFox Indonesia as Deputy Director. In this role, they assisted upper management in setting goals for company growth and oversaw the daily activities of the team. Ricky Sabbathstian also managed budgets, schedules, and organizational reports, provided advice and guidance to employees, and implemented systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ricky successfully executed various projects, including Access Control and Delegate Conference projects at Refinery Unit V Pertamina, Professional Sound and Delegate Conference projects at various government ministries, and projects at The Presidential Palaces of Indonesia, among others.

Most recently, Ricky worked as a Sales Manager at Comexposium Singapore Pte Ltd, starting in September 2019. In this role, they were involved in the development and implementation of marketing plans, prepared budgets, and ensured adherence to them.

Ricky Sabbathstian Mangisi Pasaribu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI) from 1996 to 2000.
