Nichelle Abrams

Nichelle Abrams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nichelle started their career as a Clinical Medical Surgical Nurse at CJW Medical Center in 2004 and worked there until 2012. Nichelle then worked at KEPRO from 2012 to 2017, initially as a Utilization Review Nurse and later as a Clinical Lead Nurse Reviewer and Clinical Appeals Specialist. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Clinical Nurse/Lab Manager at EXECUTIVE HEALTH GROUP and as a Central Intake Manager at Medical Services of America. From 2018 to 2019, they served as an Administrator at Interim HealthCare Inc., where they were responsible for all aspects of the agency's operations. Currently, they hold the positions of Quality & Compliance Director / Staff Orientation & Education Coordinator and Nurse Director / Community & Education Liaison at ComForCare, starting in 2020 and 2021 respectively.

Nichelle Abrams earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Strayer University in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration at Bryant & Stratton College - Richmond from 2013 to 2015.
