Hamza Sikander

Hamza Sikander has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Hamza began their career as a Graduate Assistant at Lincoln Memorial University, where they organized and managed student activities. Hamza then worked as an Intern at Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company Ltd. and as a Management Trainee at Arabian Sea Enterprises Limited Owner's Sheraton Karachi Hotel.

In 2011, Sikander became the Executive Director of Caro Health Plaza, responsible for the clinical and administrative activities of the medical practice. During their tenure, they also developed business expansion and growth projects for an assisted living facility and the purchase of medical practices.

In 2012, Sikander took on the role of Executive Director at Valley Urgent Care, Saginaw Health Clinic, and Cass River Health Plaza, acquiring and managing existing medical practices. Hamza prepared detailed business plans, implemented systems to control office management, and established financial and programmatic goals for these facilities.

Since 2012, Sikander has also been the Chief Executive Officer of Comfort Care Senior Living, where they have successfully transacted projects totaling over $400 million in the senior living space. Their responsibilities include project feasibility development, negotiating deals, assembling project teams, and overseeing program development, budget, quality, schedule, and risk management. Hamza also works closely with architects, engineers, and builders in the design and construction phases.

Additionally, Sikander has held various roles as a Managing Director at Comfort Care Senior Living and Great Lakes Rehab Center, where they managed projects, developed feasibility studies, and collaborated with architects, engineers, and builders.

Hamza Sikander has a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Lincoln Memorial University (2009 - 2011). Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Curtin University (2005 - 2008). Hamza also received a High School Diploma from the American School (1999 - 2005).
