Silvia Bolwerk

Silvia Bolwerk currently serves as Team Leader of the Technical Team at Comfort Partners | TBI since September 2023. Prior to this role, Silvia held various positions at Energiewacht West-Nederland B.V. from May 2022 to September 2023, including Training Coordinator/Recruiter and Recruiter/Practice Trainer. Silvia’s experience also includes working as a Work Preparatory Employee at Vermeulen Groep and Regional Planner at Breman Installatiegroep from September 2020 to May 2022, as well as multiple roles at Energiewacht, starting as a Ventilation Technician and progressing to Regional Planner and Service Technician. Silvia obtained a degree in Service Technician, Installation Technology from Mbo Rijnland Gouda between 2017 and 2019 and completed secondary education at Sint-Janslyceum from 1994 to 1998.
