Jeff started their career in 1984 as a Sales Service Representative at Carrier Corporation, where they generated sales leads and maintained customer accounts. Jeff then moved on to positions such as Service Supervisor and Service Manager, responsible for the daily operations and profitability of HVAC service operations. In 1992, they became a Senior Product Manager at Carrier Corporation, where they managed the alternative refrigerant conversion program and implemented marketing strategies. From 1995 to 2000, they worked as Manager of Business Development and Senior Product Manager at Carrier Corporation, identifying business opportunities and developing marketing strategies. In 2000, they joined Carrier Corporation as the General Manager of National Accounts Service, leading the development of HVAC services for multi-site national and regional accounts. Since 2008, they have served as the President of Strategic Accounts at Comfort Systems USA, where they drove the evolution of the business model and culture to improve service delivery and productivity. Overall, Jeff Coleman has extensive experience in HVAC services, strategic planning, and business development.
Jeff Coleman obtained an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a BSBA in Business Management from the University of Delaware between 1980 and 1984. Jeff completed their secondary education at Oyster Bay High School from 1976 to 1980.
