Allan Putnam

Allan Putnam is the National Sales Director for Comfortex Window Fashions Corporation located in Maplewood NY. Allan has been serving the custom window fashion industry since 1981 in a sales capacity. He has been employed with Joanna Western Shade Company, Kirsch Corporation then began working for Comfortex in 1990. He was extremely successful selling our flagship product, Symphony Cellular shades in the Northern New England area. He has held numerous sales management and marketing positions throughout is long tenure.

He manages Comfortex’s sales team who are called Business Development Managers (BDMs). These sales professionals all have many years of sales experience serving independent window covering retailers in their respective markets. The BDMs are responsible for helping their customers grow their sales and profits by employing numerous marketing and sales techniques. They are trained to partner with each customer by developing specific strategies based on their business model to grow their sales. Our Color Lux Brand of products have helped many retailers significantly increase their market share, average order size and profit margins.
