Yuliya Kozakovskaya

Yuliya Kozakovskaya has an extensive work history in customer experience and marketing research. Yuliya is currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Marketing Research at COMFY consumer electronics retail since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Customer Experience and Service Design at Volia starting from July 2022. Yuliya also spent a significant portion of their career at Kyivstar GSM, where they held various roles including Head of Sales Process Development and Customer Service Department (OMNI Channel) from December 2014 to May 2017, Head of CEM (Customer Experience Management) Unit in the Marketing Division from December 2012 to December 2014, and Head of Marketing Unit from July 2011 to December 2012. Yuliya also served as a Marketing Manager of FTTB from April 2011 to July 2011, Loyalty Manager from April 2010 to April 2011, and Specialist of Marketing from an unspecified date in 2008 to April 2010.

Yuliya Kozakovskaya completed an MBA degree in the field of MBA from KNEU from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a master's degree in telecommunication from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2000 to 2006. Yuliya also holds a certification as a Customer Experience Professional by Medallia, which was obtained in 2014.
