Martin Pamiés

Martin Pamiés has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Martin currently works at Comgy as the Chief of Staff & Lead of the People Department. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing the people-related and company culture-focused strategy. Martin also leads the OKR process and KPI Dashboard, internal communications, company efficiency taskforce, and key meetings.

Previously, Martin worked at Flying Health as an Executive Officer from 2020 to 2022. Martin also took a sabbatical in 2020 to pursue their PhD research.

Before that, Martin served as an Executive Assistant to the Management at N26 from 2018 to 2020. During their time there, they monitored the progress of high priority projects, led key meetings with internal and external stakeholders, updated OKRs/KPIs, created presentations and performance reports, managed parts of the employee performance review process, and built up and led the EA Team.

Martin also gained experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO & President at Native Instruments in 2018, Executive Assistant to two Managing Directors at AlixPartners from 2017 to 2018, and as a Data Analyst & Executive Assistant to the Head of TMO at Allianz Technology from 2016 to 2017.

Furthermore, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Founder/Top50 Keynote Speaker at PLU Grp. in 2016, Ambassador Business Psychology at the German Federal Ministry of Science & Research from 2015 to 2016, and completed a thesis cooperation at DZ BANK AG in 2015.

Martin Pamiés completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Psychology from Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart from 2012 to 2015. Their main focus during this program was on Human Resource Management, Consulting, and Financial Psychology. In 2016, they obtained a Top Management Assistant Certification from PLU ACADEMY. Prior to that, they attended Gymnasium Johanneum Wadersloh, where they earned their Abitur (German diploma qualifying for university admission) in 2009.
