Kevin Walsh

Kevin Walsh has over 30 years of work experience in various financial and executive roles. Kevin is currently the Chief Financial Officer at CoMind since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Interim & Portfolio CFO in 2015. From 2016 to 2022, Kevin worked at Hanwha Phasor Ltd as the Chief Operating Financial Officer, where they played a pivotal role in executive management, commercial development, fund raising, expansion, and final exit/integration into the acquiror group. Before that, they held the position of Senior M&A and Financial Executive at Cobham from 2005 to 2014, where they led acquisitions/disposals and managed financial accounting, reporting, and forecasting. Kevin also has experience at BNP Paribas as a Director in M&A Advisory, at Nikko as an Associate Director in M&A Advisory, and at PwC in Audit & Business Advisory.

Kevin Walsh completed their Chartered Accountancy degree from ICAEW between 1991 and 1994. Kevin also has a degree from Jesus College, Cambridge, although the dates and field of study are not provided.
