Mo Nguyen

Mo Nguyen has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2005 as the Juniors Coordinator for the British Columbia Disc Sport Society. They later worked as a Corporate Host for Jet Set Sports and as a Corporate Sales Manager for Olympic Superstore in 2009. In 2010, they briefly served as a Program Host at Petro-Canada before joining Google as a Project Manager & Engineer Staffing Specialist, where they collaborated with various teams and assisted in hiring efforts. In 2013, they became a Hardware Operations Senior Manager at shopkick. They joined Blue Vision Labs in 2017, first as the Head of Growth and later as the Director of People Operations. Lyft acquired Blue Vision Labs in 2018, and Mo Nguyen continued their work as a People Business Partner, responsible for Level 5 in London and Munich until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a People Business Partner at Woven Planet Holdings, supporting the integration of Level 5 teams into the company. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People at CoMind, starting in 2023.

Mo Nguyen has studied at the University of British Columbia, pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing. Additionally, they have also studied Marketing at Università Bocconi.
