Thomas Wood

Thomas Wood is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, engineering, and ministry. Currently serving as the Manager of Training at Comlux since January 2023, Thomas previously worked as a Reliability Engineer at DS Smith and held the position of Program Chair for Aviation Technology at Ivy Tech Community College, where responsibilities included aviation course content development and serving as a full-time associate professor. Thomas also has extensive teaching experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at both Indiana Wesleyan University and Harrison College. Prior to these roles, Thomas had a long career at Rolls-Royce as an experimental test mechanic and trainer, retiring in January 2016. Additionally, Thomas has experience as an ordained minister, serving from 1986 to 2020. Thomas holds a master's degree in management and a BSBA in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Engineering Management at Kennedy Western University.
