John Cogar

John Cogar serves as the Vice President of Project Management at COMM Engineering since June 2017. Previously, Cogar held the position of Operations Manager at Ascent Resources from August 2015 to November 2015, where responsibilities included enhancing operational efficiency and managing assets for a start-up company's transition to private status. Cogar also worked as Operations Manager at American Energy Partners, LP from March 2014 to July 2015, focusing on developing a strong safety culture and operational capabilities in the Utica and Marcellus shale plays. Earlier, Cogar managed field operations at Chesapeake Energy from July 2013 to March 2014, overseeing completions, production, and construction activities, including various completion methods.
