Lael Harmon has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. They currently hold the position of Customer Success Manager at CommandLink since May 2023. Before that, from March 2022 to March 2023, Lael worked as a Major Client Services Manager at zLinq. Prior to zLinq, Lael held the role of Channel Marketing Manager at Spectrum Enterprise from January 2020 to March 2022.
Lael has also worked at Comcast Business in various roles. From August 2017 to December 2019, they served as a National Partner Account Manager. Prior to that, from April 2014 to August 2017, Lael was an Account Manager, Indirect Channel Sales, responsible for developing and maintaining partner relationships and driving sales growth. Additionally, from June 2009 to April 2014, they worked as a VOIP Network Provisioning Coordinator.
Throughout their career, Lael has demonstrated expertise in customer success management, client services, channel marketing, partner account management, and network provisioning.
Lael Harmon attended The Art Institute of Colorado from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Design and Applied Arts. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including CCP - Certified Cable Professional and CTP - Certified Telecommunications Professional from the Technology Channel Association in November 2014. Lael also completed a certification in Exploring Leadership from NovoEd in May 2015.
