Kevin Colburn

Kevin Colburn has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Kevin currently serves as the President of Commaris since 2023. Previously, they held various positions at Terrafugia, including President and Vice President roles, where they were responsible for overseeing operations, engineering, finance, HR, quality, IT, and business development. Kevin also played a key role in the negotiation and acquisition of Terrafugia by Geely. Before that, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at Euro-Pro and as a Director of Engineering at Blu Homes. Earlier in their career, Kevin served as a Director of Program Management at Azure Dynamics, a Co-Founder and Technical Director at Orca Energy SL, a Senior Engineer at Exponent, Inc., and a Product Engineer at TRW Automotive. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managed programs and projects, and contributed to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Kevin Colburn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, which they attended from 1988 to 1992. Kevin further pursued their education and completed a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, Kevin has an unspecified certification in Six Sigma.
