Marsha Daly

Marsha Daly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, customer service, and academic program coordination. Currently serving as the Accounts Receivables Coordinator at SPP PUMPS since November 2019, Marsha focuses on quality customer service and process improvement. Additionally, Marsha has been actively volunteering with the Commemorative Air Force since 2009, where responsibilities include retail management of aviation and history-related items. With a significant history in the food service industry at Panera Bread from 2013 to 2018, Marsha held multiple roles, culminating in the position of Assistant General Manager. Marsha's extensive experience in academic institutions includes roles at the University of Houston and Emory University, where responsibilities spanned student management, program coordination, and financial aid. Marsha obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Scranton.
