James Miller

James Miller is a seasoned Commercial Banker with over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Lead at Commencement Bank since January 2023. Prior to this role, James held the position of Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at Columbia Bank, where comprehensive financial solutions were provided to Middle Market companies in the South Puget Sound region. Additional experience includes a tenure as Vice President and Credit Relationship Manager at Citi, focusing on Middle Market clients, and involvement in community organizations such as the Tacoma Symphony Orchestra and the Tacoma Pierce County Chamber of Commerce. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Washington State University and attended the Citigroup Banking School from 2001 to 2004.
