Kivanc Ipekar

Kivanc Ipekar is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in IT management, strategy development, and governance, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as IT Manager at Commencis since March 2018, Kivanc oversees IT strategy implementation, budget management, and employee development, while ensuring information security and efficient service delivery. Previously, Kivanc held the position of Head of IT MEA at Monitise MEA and IT Manager at TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd., where responsibilities included managing IT departments, incident coordination, vendor management, and overseeing complex system migrations. Kivanc's career began as a Helpdesk Engineer and progressed through various roles including network and system engineering, establishing a strong foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Galatasaray University.
