In 2013-2015, Blair C. completed certifications from the College of San Mateo in Project Management & Human Resources. In addition, Blair C. obtained the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST) from the State of California in December 2015, as well as Certificates of Specialization in Human Resources and Project Management in June 2015.
