Jackie Loya-Torres

Jackie Loya-Torres is an experienced professional in community development and compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act. Currently serving as Manager of CRA and Community Development at Commerce Bank since January 2015, Jackie oversees a team focused on crafting an enterprise-wide community development strategy to enhance compliance and community impact. Previous roles include Community Development Officer/AVP at Commerce Bank, and Director of Grants at The Women's Foundation of Greater Kansas City, where Jackie managed significant grant allocations benefitting women and girls. Jackie’s career also includes leadership positions at the YWCA of Greater Kansas City, the Mid-Continent Council of Girl Scouts, and El Centro, Inc. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from Rockhurst University and completed the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative Fellows Program for leadership development.
