Michael Collier

Michael Collier is a seasoned software development professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in agile methodologies and software engineering. As the Sole Proprietor of Bearded Agility LLC since July 2019, Michael has provided consulting services focused on agility in software development. At Commerce Bank, starting in February 2007, Michael has contributed as a Software Development Engineer and Agile Developer Coach. Michael's involvement with the Scrum Alliance includes serving on the Gathering Community Advisory Committee from March 2020 to February 2022, and holds certifications as a Certified SCRUM Developer, Certified SCRUM Practitioner, and CSM from previous years. Prior experience includes a Software Developer III role at Sprint from October 2000 to February 2007 and contracting at Butler Manufacturing in 1999.
