Angel Luis Marin Soler

Angel Luis Marin Soler has a strong background in software development and architecture. Angel Luis started their career as a software developer at Celestica, where they worked on developing software for digital TV set-top boxes and testing electronic devices. Angel Luis continued to work at Celestica until 2005.

From 2000 to 2013, they worked as a freelance web developer, gaining experience in various web development projects.

In 2004, they joined the University of Valencia as a part-time professor, where they shared their knowledge and expertise with students until 2006.

In 2005, Angel joined Capgemini as a Software Architect and remained with the company until 2022. Angel Luis focused on front/back-end framework design and implementation, system integration, application development, and testing. In addition to their technical role, they also took on leadership responsibilities, guiding and assisting a team of around 20 colleagues.

Starting in 2022, Angel joined commercetools as a Principal Engineer in Services Architecture, where they continue to apply their extensive knowledge and experience in software development and architecture.

Angel Luis Marin Soler completed their undergraduate degree in Telecommunications from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 1992 to 1999. Angel Luis has also obtained various certifications, including the Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration, TOGAF® 9 Certified, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Google Professional Cloud Developer, and Confluent Certified Developer for Apache Kafka.
