Daniel Royo

Daniel Royo began their work experience as a Bank Teller at CaixaBank in 2009 and 2010. Daniel then worked at Arvato Financial Solutions as a Senior Contracts Specialist and Supervisor/SME for EMEA Enterprise at Microsoft from 2011 to 2013. After that, they joined Microsoft as an Operations Account Manager in the Deal Desk department from 2013 to 2015. Following their time at Microsoft, they joined New Relic, Inc. and held various roles in the Global Deal Desk, including Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager, and Manager. Daniel worked at New Relic, Inc. from 2015 to 2023. Currently, they are the VP of Global Deal Desk and Pricing at commercetools starting in 2023. Daniel's work experience primarily focuses on deal desk operations, pricing, and contract management.

Daniel Royo has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidad de La Rioja, which they completed from 2006 to 2011. Daniel later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they also obtained a Diploma in International Corporate Finance from UNIR. In 2020, they completed a CORe: Credential of Readiness program in Accounting and Business/Management from Harvard Business School Online.
