Ruta Andrijauskaite

Ruta Andrijauskaite is a seasoned professional in people operations with a diverse background in human resources and office management. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Manager at commercetools since January 2021, Ruta has also taken on the role of Interim Head of People Operations. Previous experience includes various HR roles at ICE, where Ruta progressed from HR Coordinator to HR Business Partner. Additional roles include HR Assistant at Rolls-Royce and office management positions at Zattoo and ResearchGate. Ruta holds a Master’s Degree in International Marketing from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Mykolas Romeris University.
