Jalal Joulan

Jalal Joulan is an experienced professional in the construction and project management field, currently serving as a Project Estimator at Commercial Contracting Corporation since September 2017. Prior to this role, Jalal held the same position at Detroit Contracting Inc DCI from November 2014 to September 2017. Jalal began the career at Nesma Holding as a Site Manager from January 2010 to October 2014 and previously worked as a Project Engineer at IKK Group between March 2006 and December 2010. Jalal holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction & Management from Damascus University, completed in 2006.
