Jeff Spears

Jeff Spears is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in estimating and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Commercial Contracting Corporation since December 2023, Jeff previously held the role of Senior Project Estimator at The Albert M. Higley Co. from June 2020 to December 2023. Prior to that, Jeff worked at Sachse Construction in various capacities, including Preconstruction Manager, Senior Estimating Manager, and Estimator from March 2013 to June 2020. Jeff's early career included positions at International Building Products as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Take-Off Estimator from March 2007 to March 2013. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Technical Design from Lawrence Technological University, completed in 2008.
