Cari Rasmussen

Cari Rasmussen has extensive experience in food safety and quality management, currently serving as Food Safety Director at Commercial Food Sanitation L.L.C. since March 2016 and previously holding positions as Food Safety Manager and Food Safety Specialist. Prior to this, Cari worked at The Kraft Heinz Company from July 2014 to March 2016 as a Quality Manager, overseeing the implementation of quality programs at a plant. From August 2004 to June 2014, Cari served as Field Quality Lead for Kraft Foods Group, managing quality program execution across various facilities, and also contributed as a Product Developer specializing in cereal bars, nutrition energy bars, and Jell-O ready-to-eat desserts. Cari holds a Master’s Degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from Michigan State University.
