Jenny Hodgson Assoc Cipd

Jenny Hodgson has a strong background in human resources, starting in 2005 as an HR Administrator at Chelsea Building Society. Jenny then worked as a Mortgage Underwriter before transitioning to a role as an HR Officer in SuperGroup Plc in 2010. In 2012, Jenny joined Store Twenty One as a Regional HR Officer and quickly progressed to become a Senior HR Officer and then the HR Manager. In 2014, they joined Commercial as the Head of People & Culture, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth plans. Recently, they have taken on the position of People & Culture Director at Commercial.

Jenny Hodgson Assoc CIPD completed the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from ICS Learn between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice from the University of Gloucestershire in 2007-2008. Jenny completed their A levels in Business Studies, Psychology, and Biology at Pates Grammar School from 1998 to 2005.
