Amy Chiovari-Dericks

Amy Chiovari-Dericks has an extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Amy began their career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, they joined B&G Foods as the Director of Corporate Finance, where they played a significant role in debt and equity securities offerings and brand acquisitions. Over the years, they held various positions within the finance and accounting department, including Corporate Tax and Internal Control Manager and Director Finance - Green Giant. In 2017, they became the Corporate Controller and temporary Interim Chief Financial Officer at B&G Foods. Amy was responsible for financial and accounting matters during their tenure in this role. In 2019, Amy joined Commercial Trailer Leasing as the Chief Financial Officer, where they oversaw trailer leasing solutions for prominent companies.

Amy Chiovari-Dericks completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Montclair State University in 1993. Amy later pursued their MBA at Penn State University, graduating in 2005.
