Wu Jin

Wu Jin is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in the Chinese market. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Commerzbank AG since July 2015, Wu Jin previously held significant positions including Assistant to the CEO and Head of the Investment Banking Unit at BOC International, Managing Director and Co-President of the Strategic Clients Coverage Group at Standard Chartered Bank, Chief Representative for China at EQT Holdings/EQT Partners, and Head of China Execution at CLSA. Early career experience includes leading M&A and Corporate Finance at BOC International. Wu Jin earned a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
