Rachel Strong has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Energy Analyst at the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) since November 2015, focusing on compliance and enforcement of regulated entities, as well as public policy and internal procedures. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions as an Energy Analyst and a Graduate Energy Analyst within the same organization, contributing to public policy creation, economic reviews, public engagement, and market monitoring. Rachel's career began as a Graduate Researcher at the Patient Client Council, where responsibilities included academic research, data analysis, and report writing. Educationally, Rachel holds a Master's Degree in Planning and Regeneration from Queens University Belfast and A Levels in Art and Design, Biology, Geography, and Home Economics from Sullivan Upper School Holywood.
