Ysobel Maria Rivera

Ysobel Maria Rivera is an experienced professional currently serving as Information Officer and Chief of the Promotion and Advocacy Division and Internal Auditor at the Commission on Human Rights of the Philippines since September 2017. In this role, Ysobel focuses on reviewing and evaluating the agency's internal controls, risk management, and compliance with statutory regulations. Previous experience includes serving as a Confidential Agent at the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation from November 2015 to November 2016, and as a Consultant for the Office of Congressman O. S. Rodriguez from June 2015 to November 2015. Ysobel also held various positions at Specialty Food Retailers, Inc. between October 2013 and June 2015, including Events Associate and Institutional Sales Account Executive. Ysobel holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Corvinus University of Budapest and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of the Philippines.
