Karla Sirhan

Karla Sirhan serves as the HR Modernization Leader at Commit Consulting, where responsibilities include leading HR modernization and advisory services for clients undergoing Workday changes. Previously, Karla co-founded and managed Atebion Consulting, acting as a Workday client advocate and project manager. Past roles also include Vice President of Human Resources at Joe Hudson's Collision Center and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Coleman Worldwide Moving, focusing on change management, HR technology implementation, and policy development. Karla has held positions as Director of Human Resources for the Houston Economic Development Association and VP-HR (Consulting) for REG/RDG, providing executive HR support. Early career experience includes HR Manager at Graceville Correctional Facility and Director of Employee Benefits at Polymer Group, Inc./InterTech Group, Inc. Karla holds a BBA in Business Administration from Montreat College.
